ShareHouse has a lot to be Thankful for in the month of November. On Saturday, November 17th The Big Give event from Willowsford Community took place at ShareHouse. The Big Give donates to several organizations and charities within the local communities and around the world. This year ShareHouse was chosen as one of their organizations to donate too and we couldn’t be more blessed. By the grace of God, hard work of so many and all the volunteers and donations, ShareHouse was blessed with a new donation shed that will help us continue to bless those in need within the Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. A special thanks to Mark, Becky and April who made this all possible. The community also donated winter clothing and gear for all of those in need within our community. For December and January ShareHouse will be able to ensure all families that come to ShareHouse will receive the winter clothing and gear they need. Thank you all for the support!
Check out our ShareHouse facebook page. ShareHouse has been busy with our services and helping those in need.

During our re-opening event on September 23rd, some of our partners came out to join us. Thanks to our sponsors ShareHouse main volunteer staff now have new shirts to wear at each of our events. For our re-opening event, we served over 197 families that’s the most that ShareHouse has ever served in one session. We continue to grow our services and want to sincerely thank our community for all the support and donations. We couldn’t do it without your donations and our dedicated volunteers.
We also had a ShareHouse wreath fundraiser where folks came out to learn how to make these awesome wreaths. What a great way to spend the day doing some crafts and helping ShareHouse raise funds to provide wonderful services to our local community.
